YNAB Integrator connects to your YNAB account using OAuth. We only request data needed to provide synchronization, rules, queue processing, and related budgeting workflows.
After you authorize the app, we can access budgeting data exposed by the YNAB API for your authorized account, such as budgets, accounts, payees, categories, and transactions.
Data is used only to operate the product features you trigger, including syncing, transaction review, rules, and queued changes. We do not sell your data.
Authorized YNAB data and app settings are stored in this application's database to provide functionality. OAuth credentials are stored as encrypted application secrets where configured. You can revoke access in YNAB and remove local data from this application.
We do not share your YNAB data with third parties except as necessary to provide infrastructure you have chosen to run this application.
You may disconnect YNAB OAuth access at any time from your YNAB account settings, stop using this application, and delete local app data according to your deployment's operational controls.
We implement reasonable safeguards for stored credentials and account data, including encrypted secret storage where available and role-based access controls in the app.
This policy may be updated as features evolve or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
